Our BREEAM-certified buildings blend efficiency, ecology, and well-being. Emphasizing management, energy conservation, transport, material use, waste, and pollution control, we're dedicated to providing a CO2-neutral, innovative, environmentally friendly space that enhances tenant health and satisfaction.
WELL Certification
Centring tenant health at Park 7, our WELL Certification highlights focus areas like air, water, nourishment, light, comfort, fitness and mind. Our WELL Gold-certified Onyx building and soon-to-be-certified Xenon building showcase our commitment to optimal working conditions, promoting a healthy and positive workplace.
ESG Rating
Our project isn't just a building; it's a commitment to the future. Designed for environmental sustainability, we reduce negative impacts using recycled materials, an advanced water system, and solar energy. We consider the tenants' comfort and safety, and through intelligent design metrics, we ensure effective governance, maintaining our building's health and operations.
Green Campus
To highlight the relaxed, informal character of the more than 100.000 m2 large campus site, the buildings will be put up in such a way that they perfectly blend with the lush green areas. The main goal is to create a strong sense of community, breathing peace and contemporary elegance. The result is an impressive office site with each building having its own features, beautifully standing out against each other around a vibrant green lung.
