Location

Situated on the strategic axis between Brussels Airport, NATO HQ and the European institutions based in the centre of Brussels, Park 7 is the perfect meeting, working and relaxing hub.

With multiple shared conferences, brainstorming and relaxation spaces, Park 7 is the perfect home base for high-tech businesses. The strategic location allows companies, both domestic and international, to optimize space and time according to their specific needs.

Mobility

Park 7 provides excellent accessibility for all means of transport. Brussels’ main highways E40, E19 and A12 are close by, as well as bicycle highways and public transport, with plans for a future tramway connecting the campus to the airport.

While Park 7 is easily accessible by car, the campus’ view is by no means dominated by vehicles or parking. A ring road organises all traffic around the site, allowing the park itself to be car-free. The spacious underground parking not only provides ample space, but also includes charging points for electric vehicles.

ONYX

Onyx, the pinnacle of future workspace at Park 7. Fusing advanced tech with compact design, it offers a warm, inviting ambiance. The atrium and bar cultivate community, enhanced by coworking spaces. Onyx, completed in 2022, is a beacon for reimagining workspaces.

AMBER

Meet Amber, the first masterstroke at Park 7. Specifically designed for 3M. It's well-equipped with 136 underground and 64 above-ground parking spots. Amber, a single-tenant building, is a testament to our dedication to customized, sustainable workspaces.
